Cancellation

Wholesale customers can cancel their order for a limited time of 1 week.

Returns

We will refund certain items only if they are faulty and if you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods to request a refund.

A refund will be given only after the return of the goods in full. Please note that the original delivery charge on an order is not refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning/posting/delivering the goods. If you return an item for an exchange, you will not be charged for the second delivery.

We will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We do recommend that you request a certificate of posting (free) from the Post Office when returning goods. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund amount if the items returned damaged.

For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable.
